2025 Ding Toolbox Amnesty Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering into our Ding Toolbox Amnesty Competition (the “Competition”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enter, entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their families or agents) of HomeServe or any of its associated companies cannot enter the Competition.
To enter, you must follow Ding’s Instagram account, post a photo of your DIY mishap to your Instagram account, using the hashtag #ToolAmnesty and tag @dingrepairsuk, between Friday 2 May 2025 (“the Opening Date”) and midnight on Monday 2 June 2025 (“the Closing Date”).
Entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be entered into this Competition.
Twenty winners of the Competition will be picked at random and will receive one-year free Membership to DING (the “Prize”).
One entry per person. If more than one entry is received only the first entry will be accepted.
HomeServe reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the Prize described above cannot be provided to any winner. The Prize is non-transferable and the winners may not request a cash alternative. The Prize will be subject to separate terms and conditions.
The winners of the Competitions will be picked by HomeServe from all valid entries received between each Opening Date and the Closing Date. HomeServe will notify the winners by posting on Instagram within 7 days of the Closing date. It is each entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details are accurate and complete. If any winner cannot be contacted or fails to confirm acceptance of their prize within 5 working days of being notified, that winner will forfeit their prize and HomeServe reserves the right to select an alternative prize winner.
HomeServe’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. However, the name and county of any of the winners will be available by sending a stamped address envelope to: Ding’s Toolbox Amnesty Competition Winners, HomeServe Membership Limited, Cable Drive, Walsall, WS2 7BN. HomeServe will use any information which you provide or which we obtain from our dealings with you in accordance with its Privacy Policy and to administer the Competition HomeServe’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.homeserve.co.uk/about/privacy-policy.
If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
